When it comes to boy bands, every girl teenagers won’t be able to resist. That’s what happens to a boy band from South Korea, Super Junior. Often called as SJ or Suju, this boy band was established in 2005 by SM Entertainment. They’re one of the biggest boy bands in the world with 13 members. With Leetuk as the leader, the other 12 members are Ryeowook,Heechul, Eunhyuk,Han Geng, Kangin, Shindong, Yesung, Sungmin, Siwon, Donghae, Kibum and Kyuhyun. Han Geng was the only member from China who was chosen through an audition managed by SM in China in 2001. He was chosen from 3000 other applicants. Now there are only 10 members active since Kangin was doing his military service duty, Kibum was focusing himself on his acting career, and Han Geng is having lawsuit problem with SM Entertainment. But they stated that they’re still one big group and they’re doing just fine.

The boys are focusing themselves in singing and dancing, but lately it seems that the agency has made them to expand and tried another field, such as acting, hosting, or modeling. Sometimes they’re divided into smaller groups, with the purpose to reach different audiences with their music, in different style and approach.
